Enjoy a multi-course lunch at the lodge restaurant overlooking sweeping views into the 600-meter-deep volcanic crater.
Afternoon – Sunset Crater Safari. Descend into the crater floor for a private late-afternoon safari, exploring the Munge Stream and the central grassland plains when the afternoon light turns golden.
Spot black-maned lions, large elephant bulls, and grazing herds of zebra and wildebeest.
Evening Retreat & Fireside Relaxation. Ascend back to the lodge for a warm towel welcome and fireside sundowner cocktails on the terrace.
Gourmet dinner pairing international and local culinary flavors, followed by Maasai cultural storytelling by the fire.

Early Morning – Sunrise Safari. Early descent into the crater floor to explore contrasting landscapes not visited on Day 1—including the soda waters of Lake Magadi (teeming with pink flamingos) and the dense acacia shadows of Lerai Forest.
Excellent opportunities to track elusive leopards and endangered black rhinos during their active morning hours.
Mid-Morning Bush Breakfast. Savor a freshly prepared hot luxury picnic breakfast served in the wild beside hippo-inhabited freshwater pools.
Midday – Return Journey to Arusha. Ascend the crater wall and begin your scenic drive back down through the highlands toward Arusha Town.
Farewell & Drop-Off. Enjoy a farewell lunch or refreshing stop in Arusha before your private transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport, Arusha Airport, or the Namanga Border for your onward journey.
