Kilimanjaro region has always been a great place to explore. The landscape itself gives a wow feel. You not climbing it, you are hiking, swimming & exploring Kilimanjaro cultures. Visit to Waterfalls at the high slopes of Kilimanjaro, while exploring the origin of one of the best Coffee in the world. Making & brewing local coffee while dancing to the tunes of the Chaga tribes.
Moving to Lushoto & the Usambara Mountain regions. Known for its spectacular views and plenty of waterfalls with so much rich cultures. This leafy highland town is nestled in a fertile valley at about 1200m, surrounded by pines and eucalyptus mixed with banana plants and other tropical foliage. It’s the center of the western Usambara and makes an ideal base for hikes into the surrounding hills. It has sweeping landscapes with their towering peaks with farms, the breathtaking view and endless vistas (green and lush scenery) that interest many visitors.
15 Days Tanzania experience then takes you to Muheza, the home of the famous & calm Magoroto Forest Estate. A spectacular germ on the mountain regions of Western Tanga. With its tropical rain forest, Magoroto forest estate is the perfect spot for a getaway and outdoor camping.The estate is located on an altitude of 850m above sea level where temperatures are pleasant all year long. The estate offers stunning views from the Muheza Valley to the Indian ocean. Enjoy the lush rain forest with rare plants and bird species, explore the dense tropical forest with organic spices or have a picnic or swim at the beautiful lake!

The Safari starts with a pick up from your arrival point. Either at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport. Pick up from Namanga-Arusha border is also possible. After the pick up, a drive to your accommodation in Arusha town outskirts. A night at Haradali's Home. where you will spend the night. With evening tour package briefing regarding the next coming days before having a rest and starting your safari on Day 2.
Early pick up from your accommodation and a stop at a supermarket before driving out of Arusha, heading towards Tarangire National Park. Arriving between 9 am to 11 am. Explore this amazing landscape mostly covered by big Baobab trees and a large concentration of elephants. Packed lunch at a picnic site between 12 am to 2 pm. Thereafter enjoy a game drive before driving to your accommodation in Lake Manyara Area. Arrival time at the Campsite is between 4 pm to 6 pm. Overnight at Africa Safari Glamping.
Early morning drive to Serengeti via Ngorongoro Crater. A drive through Karatu town into the heartlands of the Ngorongoro Highlands. Arrive at Ngorongoro Main Gate between 8 am to 11 am. Then driving past Ngorongoro crater viewpoints. Arriving in Serengeti Naabi Gate between 12 pm to 3 pm. Lunch at Naabi Gate. After this, a drive to your campsite in Seronera while enjoying an evening game drive. Arriving at the campsite between 5 pm to 6 pm. Overnight at Serengeti Heritage lodge & Campsite
The day starts early, for a sunrise safari in Serengeti National Park. Depending on the booking season, our driver will recommend the best place to explore Serengeti Wildlife. Picnic lunch between 1pm to 2pm at the savanna plains of Serengeti. Enjoying an evening game drive before heading to your overnight accommodation. The accommodation for this night is Lobo Wildlife Lodge in Serengeti.
Very early morning game drive in the Serengeti Seronera area, enjoying the sunrise safari before brunch at 10:30 am. After Brunch a quick game drive as you get ready to drive to Naabi Serengeti Gate. Game drive en route to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater. Arrival time between 5 pm and 6 pm. Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Wildlife Lodge or similar accommodation
Early morning game drive in Ngorongoro crater. Game drive time between 4 to 6 hours. Lunch in the crater picnic area or at the accommodation depending on safari preference. Before driving to Karatu town. Overnight at Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View
After breakfast a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Lunch at picnic sites in the national park. Evening drive to Arusha town. Arrival time between 4 pm and 6 pm. Overnight at Kahawa House
This day will be spent walking next to wildlife in this unique area of Arusha National Park.
Pick up from your accommodation at 7:30 am in the morning. Driving for 30 km from Arusha town to Arusha National Park. At the entry gate, expected to arrive at 8:30, guide will start with a brief of the national park before driving to your walking safari start point. You will be expected to walk between Two (2) to Four (4) hours in the national park, advice and guided by the park ranges. Your Safari driver will then pick you up and drive to your picnic area after the walking experience. lunch around 1 pm, you will then drive towards the Momella lakes, A game drive as you heard towards the Ngurudoto Crater for a relaxing evening before driving out of the National Park. Arrival time at your accommodation is expected to be at Six (6) to Seven (7) pm in the evening. Evening at Haradali's Home in Arusha.
This day will be left specific for you to decide on how you wish to explore. Resting or visiting Museums all at your comfort. There will be available vehicle to transport you to various interest around Arusha town. Overnight at Haradali's Home.
Starting the day at 8am in the morning. The drive to Kilimanjaro is short from Arusha town, you are expected to arrive not late than 11am. Arriving at Materuni Village on the slopes of Kilimanjaro. A cool hike to the Materuni waterfalls, followed by a coffee tour in this area. Lunch complemented by local meals made by the Chaga tribe, learning so much on this trip. Overnight at the Pink Flamingo in Moshi town.
Waking up at Kilimanjaro, energized by the experience of this region. Safari to Lushoto starts at 9 am. A drive to Lushoto predicted to take at least 4 hours. Arriving at your accommodation for lunch. Lunch can be scheduled to be taken on a picnic area on your way to Lushoto. After a relaxed afternoon at the accommodation. The evening of this day will spent on one of the most iconic view points in Lushoto, relaxing and enjoying the majestic Africa sunset. Overnight & Dinner at Swiss Farm Cottages
Based on your preferences, this day will be spent either exploring Lushoto Waterfall and Mkuzi Forest - enjoy hikes to highest peak in Usumbara among other walks and trails. Colobus Monkeys and exotic birds including the Trumpeter Hornbill are found here. Irente viewpoint and farm - this is a great hike which takes about 2 hours and afterwards you can enjoy a picnic lunch at the farm.
Either exploring Mambo Footprints and Mambo Caves - these pre-historic sites are located close to each other. It is thought that the early humans who made the footprints also occupied the nearby caves.Pottery making - in the village of Kilieti is the Namisfueli Nyeki workshop where visitors can watch the products being made and also join in. Overnight at Swiss Farm Cottages
After Breakfast & Probably after enjoying the sunrise at one of Lushoto epic view points, the drive to Magoroto Forest Estate starts at 11 am. Driving to Muheza a Six (6) hour to Tanga. On route to this area, clients get a chance to site see the Upare & Usambara Mountain rage. With stops when one feels like during this trip. Lunch break round 1 pm to 2 pm in the afternoon at the clients preferred point. Either hot lunch or lunch box will be provided. After arriving at Muheza, a 12 km drive to Magoroto forest. expected arrival time is between 5 pm to 7 pm in the evening. Dinner & Overnight at Magoroto Forest Reserve.
Waking hopeful not hangover from the first epic night at Magoroto Forest Reserve. The day starts with breakfast, then a plan on how you wish to explore this landscape. Activities include, Fishing, Swimming, Forest Walks, Waterfalls, Bicycle experiences & bird watching. All of this activities can be planned out so well so to find a balance with your interest. Lunch will be at the Magoroto Forest restaurant before presiding with the day activities. We have always thought the night life of Magoroto forest to be very epic, a borne fire is always up. Board games & so much party to complement this stay in Magoroto.
Winding up this experience with a drive to Kilimanjaro or Arusha town. Depending on your Preferences. After breakfast at Magoroto Forest Estate the drive back to Northern Tanzania starts. Driving at Arusha - Dar es Salaam highway. Picnic lunch at your preferred location while on this route. Arriving at the accommodation, between 3pm to 5pm. Accommodation at Either Kahawa House or Haradali's Home in Arusha. Accommodation in Kilimanjaro at either Kilimanjaro Luxury campsite or Flamingo Hotel.
Based on your departure time, This day finally ends this 15 days epic adventure. Drop off at either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport.
