Spot herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and possibly even big cats from above as they start their day. at the breathtaking vistas of the Serengeti or Tarangire, with its endless plains, acacia trees, and occasional kopjes (rocky outcrops) and Baobab trees
The actual balloon flight lasts about an hour, followed by a champagne breakfast served in the bush, adding a touch of luxury to your adventure. The tranquility of drifting silently over the African wilderness, combined with the thrill of spotting wildlife from above, makes balloon safaris a truly memorable addition to any safari itinerary.
Your experience starts with a briefing by our guides, the night before the flight and signing the waiver form.
Balloon Safari guide will pick you from your camp / lodge early morning (4 -5 am) to arrive at our launch area by approximately 6 am, giving you enough time to enjoy some hot Tanzanian coffee with homemade cookies, access to a clean toilet, and Free Wi-Fi. During this time the Pilot will brief you on the safety measures, launch & landing procedure, and what to expect. will stand up right just before taking off. The pilot will try to spot wildlife for you and lower the balloon for better viewing. He may also rise the balloon for better speed / direction and also for some amazing views.
