This Two days Budget Backpacking Safari takes you to Tarangire National Park & Lake Manyara (Group Safari). Tarangire the home of African Elephants per square density than anywhere in the world. With an area of 2850 kilometre square makes it the six (6) largest National Park in Tanzania. With large Baobab trees and wide diversity in wildlife.
This package also takes you Lake Manyara National Park, Stretch out at the base of the mighty Rift Valley escarpment, with shorelines colored pink by thousands of flamingo and great game viewing in a small area. Lake Manyara is highly alkaline and shallow, without any outgoing rivers. This packages brings out a balance between wildlife safari and landscape safari experiences
Early pick up from your accommodation and a stop at a supermarket before driving out of Arusha, heading towards Tarangire National Park. Arriving between 9 am to 11 am. Explore this amazing landscape mostly covered by big Baobab trees and large concentration of elephants. Packed lunch at a picnic site between 12 am to 2 pm. Thereafter enjoying a game drive before driving to your accommodation in Lake Manyara Area. Arrival time at the Campsite is between 4 pm to 6 pm. Overnight at Lake Manyara Campsites.
Pick up from your accommodation after breakfast before driving out, heading towards Lake Manyara National Park. Arriving between 9 am to 11 am. Packed lunch at a picnic site between 12 am to 2 pm. Thereafter enjoying a game drive before driving to your accommodation at Lake Manyara Campsites. Arrival time at the Campsite is between 4 pm to 6 pm. Evening drive to Arusha town.
Your tour will conclude on the evening of the 2nd day of the trip. There are no activities planned for this day so you're free to depart at any time. We highly recommend booking post-accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city!
The reporting time is 8.00 a.m. on the tour day. This is to allow preparations and to have ample time to enjoy all the planned daily activities.
