A trip to Lake Manyara National Park & Ngorongoro crater is included in this Two (2) Days Safari in Northern Tanzania. On your first day you will be expected to visit Lake Manyara, a small game park with incredible geological and wildlife biodiversity existence. This geological and wildlife Park lies below the Great East African Rift Valley and Lake Manyara. The only lake in Africa that doesn’t have water outlets but rather inlets that feed the Lake with fresh water flowing underground and in Rivers from the Ngorongoro Highlands.
Complementing this two days adventure with a trip to Ngorongoro crater on your second day. Ngorongoro crater one of the only places in the world where you’ll find large group of wild animals living together in a 19 km crater. Unique Ngorongoro crater is listed as one of the wonders of the world. Reviewed to be that one area where you could spot Africa’s Big 5 within a few hours of game drive. Early pick up from your accommodation and a stop at a supermarket before driving out of Arusha, heading towards Lake Manyara National Park. Arriving between 9 am to 11 am. A good game drive in the park before enjoying packed lunch at a picnic site between 12 am to 2 pm. Thereafter enjoying a game drive before driving to your accommodation at Lake Manyara Campsites. Arrival time at the Campsite is between 4 pm to 6 pm. Overnight at Lake Manyara Campsites.
Morning breakfast before driving to Ngorongoro crater main gate. Arriving at the gate between 8 am and 10 am. Descending 600 m into this magnificent crater for a half-day game drive (4 to 6 hours of game drive). Lunch in the crater picnic area or at the campsite depending on safari group preference. Before driving to Arusha town, Drop off at your preferred location.
The tour starts at 8:30 am in Arusha town (Please communicate with Safiri if you wish for a different pick up location). This tour ends at 6 pm in Arusha town after returning from Ngorongoro crater.
Yes we do arrange Airport pick up. Please send us your inquiry. We will be at the airport waiting to receive you once this is confirmed.
